Q 4: Can I afford this program?   ^ 
That depends on how much value you place on caring for yourself, whether weight-loss or health. We look at our products as "health insurance". Q 5: Do I have to exercise?   ^
No. However, exercise is good for your over-all health and will speed up your weight-loss results. If you can and want to, we encourage you to do so .

Q 6: If I'm pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant , is it safe to take these products?   ^
Yes, though our products provide complete nutrition, which enables your body to function at it's best and can be taken during pregnancy for good health maintenance for you and your baby, there are however some products that we do not recommend during pregnancy. These would include: " Mineral Complex with Vitamin C, TJ Yellow®, RoseOx®, Dong Quai®, Factor 1000®,  Themojetics® Herbal Tea Concentrate, Total Control™, Cell Activator and Niteworks™ ".
We do not recommend weight loss during pregnancy, but our products are excellent for weight loss after the birth of your baby. Before following any weight loss program during pregnancy, we suggest you check with your doctor first.
If you're pregnant, you may consider a good calcium supplement such as our Nutri-9. The most concentrated form of calcium available in a tablet, with vitamins A,C,D,E, and contains: Magnesium, Copper, Zinc and Manganese.

Q 7: When will I notice results?   ^
Within the first week, but remember the key to your success is being consistent daily. Follow the program as recommended and you'll get results.

Q 8: On average, how much weight do people lose on this program?   ^
That depends on many factors: body size, how much you have to lose, and how serious you are. On average men lose pounds faster than women, but women lose more inches. So we advise you to begin taking measurements and document your progress. A progress chart will be provided with our follow-up program.
